- The prospective parent / guardian visit the school and meet the front office in-charge.
- Fills in the information form and goes through the brochure of the school.
- He/she is briefed about THE school, fees structure and taken around THE School for a visit.
- Once the prospective parent/guardian has satisfied himself/herself then meets the Principal along with the child/ward for all queries related to academics and activities.
- Admission to Class V and above will be given on the basis of a written and oral test to find out the child’s proficiency in English, Mathematics and Comprehension
- The parent / guardian meets the CAO for all administrative related queries with respect to fees, books, stationery, uniform, transport, food, documentation and hostel (if required).
- The parent / guardian who seeks to admit their child/ward is required to purchase the prospectus, admission and medical form from the front office.
- The admission and medical form duly completed in all respects is to be submitted along with the related payments in full. They are also required to submit the following documents:
- Two passport size photographs
- School leaving certificate for class II and above
- Copy of birth certificate for nursery to class I
- Last term/ examination report.
- On receipt of these documents and payments, the parents / guardians will be handed over an admission slip on basis of which the child/ ward will be admitted into the concerned class and hostel (if applied for).
- In no case the admission will be granted, THE payments are made in full and documents submitted.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
